The concept of modern, open-plan homes called Natura Space —built using a combination of flat and three-dimensional prefabricated components from the Europanel construction system, with foundations on ground screws—has been steadily expanding with new homes since 2011, when it was first presented at the Wooden Construction Fair in Prague. Take a look at some of them.

Although the building is a standard single-family home, its location sets it apart. It is situated near Prague Airport and is therefore exposed to excessive noise. However, the EUROPANEL construction and special windows provide the residents with an exceptionally high quality of life.

The Eta catalog home is designed for smaller families who prefer a house to an apartment. The Eta home falls into the mid-size category, and one of its clear advantages is that it can easily be built to be wheelchair-accessible. Although the home’s living area is just under 100 m², it features an attic that can be used as ample storage space.

The extension to the elementary school in Dolní Břežany was constructed using EUROPANEL panels mounted on ground anchors. The building features a green roof, contains three classrooms, and is designed to accommodate 100 children. Construction of the entire building took 2.5 months.

The Lucie Cabin is available in various sizes and is designed for seasonal use. The width of the cabin is always 3.75 m, and the length can be customized.

The family home shown in this photograph is built on a cliff face that drops several dozen meters. Given the challenging nature of the site, a custom architectural design was created to ensure that the house would fit the shape of the lot and meet the clients’ wishes.

The investor requested the construction of a two-story addition to the existing barn, while preserving the original walls and supporting wooden structures. Thanks to the flexibility of the system used, it was possible to carry out the addition despite the asymmetry of the original structure.

The original structure of the vacation home was built using the Euopanel construction system in 2015 and was designed to accommodate a future addition. Following a change in ownership, not only was this addition completed, but the overall layout and appearance of the house were also altered.
