How does the design and installation process work?

Preparation of installation documentation for the Europanel building system

The installation documentation also includes a bill of materials and a quantity takeoff.

If the project is in the study phase or the design documentation is prepared for a different building system:

- we will create a 3D model of the house structure with a proposal to optimize the building’s dimensions for the Europanel building system while preserving the functional and aesthetic aspects of the house. After the 3D model is approved , we will ensure the structural stability of the house and prepare the manufacturing and installation documentation required for constructing the house using the Europanel building system , and we will hand it over to the designer for the preparation of subsequent design work to comply with the Building Act and the Decree on Building Documentation.
If the design documentation has already been prepared for the Europanel building system and meets all requirements:

- we will prepare the manufacturing and assembly documentation for the building structure in accordance with the structural analysis and the design documentation.
Both the design and installation should always be carried out by a trained company. This concerns the safety and durability of the building, which depends primarily on the correct design of the structure by the designer and the execution of all details by the installation company in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications to prevent defects.

The EUROPANEL building system inherently eliminates a number of installation errors that can occur in buildings during on-site assembly. The rigid insulation applied during panel production and the principle of joining individual panels using a tongue-and-groove system help achieve low energy consumption of the building. The combination of securing joints with clips, screws, and adhesives, along with sealing the joints with expansion foam, guarantees high strength, while the application of sealing tapes and foils ensures the overall safety and durability of the building.

For designing structures using the Europanel building system ,certified assemblies are available in the detail catalog that meet structural, acoustic, and fire safety requirements, including fire escape stairwells for apartment buildings.
