The Eta catalog home is designed for smaller families who prefer a house to an apartment. The Eta home falls into the mid-size category, and one of its clear advantages is that it can easily be built to be wheelchair-accessible. Although the home’s living area is just under 100 m², it features an attic that can be used as ample storage space.
Although our family isn’t very large (I live with my wife, our one-year-old son, and our dog), we had to figure out a solution for our living situation. We were living in a very small apartment. We thought long and hard about how and with what materials to build a house, but in the end, I took the advice of a friend who works for a construction company and showed me about ten houses built with EUROPANEL. After that, the decision wasn’t complicated. EUROPANEL’s insulation properties and the speed of construction were the most important factors that ultimately made the decision. Everything really worked out just as it should have. The house was built in three months! Our living situation has changed completely. The house’s insulation properties are incredible, and the whole structure is so simple. We’re finally living like human beings—in a word, it’s wonderful! Anyone who tries living in a prefabricated wooden house will understand they didn’t make a mistake.
