The original structure of the vacation home was built using the Euopanel construction system in 2015 and was designed to accommodate a future addition. Following a change in ownership, not only was this addition completed, but the overall layout and appearance of the house were also altered.

The building was thus adapted to meet the needs of its new owners and to blend in with the mountain landscape of the Ore Mountains. A small cottage with a sauna was also built next to the house.
