The structural design was conceived to achieve an optimal balance between usable space and thermal insulation, taking into account the mountainous environment of the site. The use of EP 270 G panels with graphite insulation for the roof will provide future guests with exceptional thermal stability, which is crucial for year-round operation of the facility in the foothills of Liberec.
The entire assembly of the ten buildings took place in a record time of five winter months, which allowed the general contractor and the investor to proceed with the finishing work without any technological downtime.
