The project was carried out in the winter of 2022 in the foothills of the Eastern Carpathians, so the client wanted to build the bungalow quickly and efficiently. At the client’s request, 270-mm-thick panels with a graphite core were used for the exterior walls and roof of the bungalow’s 9 x 28 m shell. Panels with a thickness of 120 mm were selected for the interior partitions. The large spaces were supported by exposed-grade BSH trusses.
