Preschool building – preschool class, Smilovice

The building consists of four separate sections, each rotated 90 degrees relative to the others, shaped like classic rectangular houses with gabled roofs. The interplay of shapes, colors, and various cladding materials makes it clear at first glance that this is a building designed for children.

The building consists of four separate sections, each rotated 90 degrees relative to the others, shaped like classic rectangular houses with gabled roofs. The interplay of shapes, colors, and various cladding materials makes it clear at first glance that this is a building designed for children.

The individual buildings are connected by a service corridor covered by a flat roof, thus forming a single unit. The roof design allows up to 50% of the roof area to be used for installing solar panels. Thanks to this functional layout, the daycare center can be built on plots with varying site conditions.

Certified wall assemblies from the EUROPANELbuilding system, meeting the prescribed acoustic and fire safety requirements, were used for the construction.
