The houses are designed using a modular system of 625 mm x 2500/2800/3000 mm, with a structural width of up to 6,875 mm and a structural length of 15,000 mm
The houses can be expanded with additional spaces using add-on modules of various sizes, even gradually over time according to the owners’ needs.

Ground screws, solid wood frames, the EUROPANELbuilding system, large-scale glass walls, and the prefabricated EUROPANELand CORE installation support monoblocks with a bathroom or utility room.

The house is constructed using the so-called dry method, including the house foundations. It combines flat and spatial prefabricated assembly with maximum emphasis on simplicity, flexibility, and the quality of the entire construction.
HOUSES CAN BE BUILT ON FOOTINGS, STRIP FOUNDATIONS, OR A FOUNDATION SLAB
The installation monoblock and house structure are manufactured from the highest-quality materials under certified supervision. Both the monoblocks and CORE units are available in several sizes and variants, either fully equipped or as a kit with the option for individual retrofitting.
The EUROPANEL and CORE house monoblocks include all technical, plumbing, and electrical installations, including the main distribution panel and house wiring, with connections to utility networks. In the case of the bathroom, the package includes a DHW heater, a shower stall or bathtub, a sink, a toilet, and seamless surface cladding. All active controls for heating, lighting, and kitchen appliances are also located on the walls of the monoblock.
The monoblock can be placed in the center of the house or integrated into the perimeter load-bearing wall. It is delivered ready-to-install. This is a modular product available in several sizes with a customized spatial layout based on the prepared project documentation. The house’s gallery is located above the monoblock.
Houseextension modules can be placed into prepared openings in the perimeter walls. The extension modules may also include connecting passages that contain storage spaces or, if applicable, an entrance to the house.
The shell of the house in the EUROPANEL building system can also be supplied as a kit for partial self-assembly. The installation of ground anchors, the EUROPANELand CORE installation monoblocks, and exterior window and door frames is always performed by a specialized company.
