The building consists of four separate sections, each rotated90 degrees relative to the others, shaped like classic rectangular houses with gabled roofs. The interplay of shapes, colors, and various cladding materials makes it clear at first glance that this is a building designed for children.
The individual buildings are connected by a service corridor covered by a flat roof, thus forming a single unit. The roof design allows up to 50% of the roof area to be used for solar panels. Thanks to this functional layout, the daycare center can be built on sites with varying conditions.
Certified wall assemblies from the EUROPANELbuilding system, meeting the required acoustic and fire safety standards, were used for the construction.
