Living in mobile homes is nothing new
Based on our clients’ requests, we have created a new line of low-energy mobile and modular homes— StudiaDomi. This line of homes is highly versatile and offers healthy, comfortable living with an attractive design and low operating costs at an affordable price.
The various modular home options can be delivered in a so-called mobile version, which will certainly be welcomed especially by customers in flood-prone areas or those who have difficulties locating a permanent structure, as well as clients for whom a temporary structure is not suitable due to financing constraints.
Each of the offered alternatives can be delivered fully completed, including interior fixtures and furnishings, or, in locations with limited access, the house can be built on-site.
The new line of low-energy Mobile and Modular Homes from StudiaDomi is suitable for year-round use, whether for recreational purposes or as a home for permanent or temporary living for young families or seniors. In most cases, these homes can be expanded at any time with additional modules, creating a so-called “growing home.”
The applications for these modular homes are wide-ranging, and the structure can be adapted to any use. As examples of use, we can divide them into several categories and types of use:
- Residential – year-round housing, recreational housing, utility spaces, storage
- Commercial – offices, retail spaces, business premises, service facilities
- Sports – reception, clubhouse, locker room, storage
- Social – changing rooms, restrooms, showers
- Civil defense units – mobile medical care, accommodation, social facilities
- Community units – SOS villages, senior villages, kindergartens, camps
Legislation
During construction, we ensure compliance with technical standards and the use of certified materials.
Since the Building Act does not yet recognize the concept of a mobile or modular home, the placement of such structures is governed solely by the recommendations of the Ministry of Regional Development from May 2010; consequently, each building authority handles this matter on a case-by-case basis. Generally, the only requirement for the placement of modular homes is to notify the relevant building authority or obtain zoning approval. A building permit is therefore not required. However, communication with the authorities is essential.
