A Step-by-Step Report on Building a House with EUROPANEL – Part 8
Dear EUROPANEL supporters. At our meetings with prospective homebuilders, we are often asked questions about the EUROPANEL construction system and the entire building process, from obtaining a building permit to the completion of the project. We have prepared a report for you on a house currently under construction.

Completion of the House

In today’s episode of our series, we’ll finish the house.

Exterior of the building

The building is founded on ground anchors. In accordance with the requirements of the Jizerské hory Protected Landscape Area, the house features a white facade and black roofing. The terrace and its railing are made of larch profiles. The gables of the house are also clad in larch. The staircase leading to the terrace and into the house is constructed using a combination of larch and galvanized grating.

Interior of the Building

The entire interior is lined with drywall and painted white. In the bathrooms and toilets, vinyl is applied to the floors and walls. The pattern of the laminate flooring is the same throughout all rooms of the house. The interior doors also feature a similar pattern. The house is equipped with custom-made built-in furniture.

Construction was completed on December 21, 2019, and on December 30, 2019, a “Notice of Completion of Construction” was submitted to the building authority along with all required documents.

The final inspection process, an analysis of the construction timeline, and a breakdown of construction costs will be covered in the next installment.
